Description

Made using our baguette dough, it is fermented for 8 hours, which gives us a lovely open texture, creamy inner crome.

 

Physical Appearance:

Ovoid with slightly pointed ends. Five diagonal scores. Closed structure with a white colour and a brown baked crust

Taste:

Fresh baked taste with slightly yeasty note at the end
