The same aerated dough as our ciabatta, filled with the finest Spanish olives, a drop of extra virgin olive oil & a pinch of herbs de Provence.


Physical Appearance:

Ovoid with slightly pointed ends. Irregular central line where the crust has cracked during baking. Open alveolar structure, with a white colour, dried provencal herbs, black olives and a brown baked crust


Fresh baked taste with Provencal herbs, black olives, olive oil and a slightly sour note at the end
