There has never been a better time to follow a vegan or flexitarian diet. The new range of products on offer each year is inspirational. At The Artisan Bakery, we’ve always produced a large range of plant based products. Our sourdough breads, for example, have never been made using animal products. 

A few years ago, after a significant period of research and development from our pastry chefs, we released our first range of plant based pastries to our London customer base, to huge acclaim. We were named by the Evening Standard as the “Best Vegan Croissant in London” we think deservedly so. 

We didn’t stop there, as demand has grown for our plant based range, we have extended it from breads, to a variety of pastries, deliciously buttery, no butter brioche burger buns, muffins and more. Our full range is now more than 60% plant based. 

As you’ll know, sustainability is at the heart of what we do and being a part of Veganuary has been incredibly important to us since we launched our first plant based product. As part of this, we’re always trying to make our products more accessible to people and we’re proud to let you know, that we’ve partnered with Milk & More, to make our famous plant based croissant and other products, available from your milkman.
