Block of vegan halloumi cheese, cut into 8 thick slices
Olive oil
The artisan bakery brioche buns
4 tablespoons of hummus
1 large tomato thinly sliced
Tomato salsa
Brush each side of the halloumi slices with olive oil and cook them on the BBQ for 2 minutes on each side or until golden

Toast the buns also on the BBQ, and spread the bottom half with hummus.
Add tomatoes and then the halloumi. Then finish with the lettuce and salsa and top the other half of the bun 

You can also make these with regular halloumi.
